Olivia was born in Shanghai, China. She lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and immigrated to Tiburon in 1975. She has been marketing luxury properties since 1979. She was #1 agent at Merrill Lynch Realty in the nation among 16,500 agents in the 1980s. She started her own company in 1988 and completed an international real estate study at University of Oxford, England in 1990.
